Year Released: 1993
Shredder was the only exclusive in 1993. This figure was exclusively distributed by the Chef Boyardee company. Fans had to mail in labels from the TMNT pasta products to receive this toy through the mail. The figure arrived in the plastic bag, as shown here. It's the same toy as Super Shredder, only painted black. The figure came packaged with a staff.
